Procedures
Please submit your Abstract, not exceeding 400 words, until June 15, 2014. Closed!
Please prepare your full paper according to the submission guidelines and submit it to to the Workshop’s Desk, until July 31. Closed!

Full paper Submission
The full papers, not exceeding 5.000 words, should be e-mailed to the Workshop’s Desk by July 10, 2014. Please use use our MS Word template file. Since some of the authors will be invited to publish their paper in the international quarterly e-journal on sciences and technologies affined to history of cartography and maps e-Perimetron after the Workshop, the layout is based on it. For reference you can have a look into papers published in e-Perimetron website, www.e-perimetron.org.

Language
The presentations will be given in English as well as the papers sent for inclusion in the Workshop’s CD-ROM and in the Proceedings. Papers to be published in e-Perimetron can be also written in French according to the journal’s editorial policy.

Proceedings
The presented papers will be included in the Workshop's proceedings, which every workshop participant will receive on a CD-ROM.
Some of the workshop papers will be invited to be published in the international web journal on sciences and technologies affined to history of cartography and maps e-Perimetron following the journal’s editorial policy.

Oral Presentations
Your total time slot is 15 minutes. Discussions will be moderated by the session chair, at the end of each session.
The presentation computer is fixed throughout the workshop, therefore you have to send your presentation before the Workshop or bring it with you on a USB stick or a CD. The use of individual laptops is not recommended by the organizers. For any questions, please contact the Workshop's desktop.

The workshop venue provides internet connection, for the computer on the main desk. However, there might be occasional WLAN failures. If your presentation relies highly on internet based showcases, please also prepare some screenshots in case the internet connection doesn't work.
