The venue of the Conference sessions "Digital Approaches to Cartographic Heritage" is the Ionian University Aula Magna, at the central building of the University, the Ionian Academy. The Workshop intensive course "Georeference for non-experts" held at the Historical Archives of Corfu / General State Archives of Greece in the Old Fortress, in few minutes pleasant walk from the Conference venue

Both venues are located in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage historical centre of Corfu
